We expect Marsh Masters to be a fun and friendly competition, but if you ever have concerns about an entry or believe something should be reviewed, we're happy to take a closer look.

Simply email tournament@pelicandynamics.com with a description of the issue and any photos, screenshots, videos, or other information that may help us understand the situation.

Our tournament team will review all available information and may reach out for additional details if needed. Once the review is complete, we'll make a decision based on the competition rules and our commitment to keeping the tournament fair for everyone.

To help us resolve concerns promptly, disputes must be submitted within 3 days of a weekly results announcement or disqualification decision. Requests received after that timeframe cannot be considered.

Our goal is always to make Marsh Masters enjoyable, transparent, and fair for all participants. All tournament decisions are final.
